The heart of the system is the player. Their squad, their availability, their injuries, their training attendance, their match record and their contract all hang off the same record, so answering any question about a player takes one search rather than three spreadsheets and a phone call.
When availability, injuries, suspensions and recent attendance live on one dashboard, picking a squad stops being a memory test. The manager sees who is available, who is recovering and who has not trained in three weeks before naming the team, not after.
The application is an installable progressive web app, so coaches can open the matchday squad, record availability, add photos and log notes at the ground, even with no signal, and everything syncs when they are back in coverage.
Medical and contract data is sensitive, so when you are ready we enable the full access layer: email and password, Google sign in, two factor authentication with authenticator apps, and hardware security keys or passkeys, with roles so administrators, coaches, medical staff and players each see only what they should.
